1. Talking, making noise and eating in the library that will disturb the readers are prohibited.
2. Readers must dress neatly and tidily in the library.
3. We are not to tear the covered paper, writing sketches, cornering the paper over the Books in the library.
4. Reference books, research paper and periodicals for research and reference are not allowed to be taken away in the library.
5. Members of the library are allowed to borrow 5 books at a time for 7 days; the books are to be returned to the library punctually on date due without fail. Non-members cannot borrow books from the library.
6. If the borrowed books are lost or demerged the borrower must take responsibility to give back a new one or three times current value of the book to the library.
7. If the borrowed books are lost or demerged the borrower must give overdue changes of fees, five hundred per day.
8. For final year students, of the books, are not returned properly on date due, the certificate will not be awarded to him/her.
9. For any person fail to oblige the rules of the library, he or she shall be liable for the deed he/she commitment.
